Estos contemplan aquellos asociados a la preparaci\u00f3n del sitio, construcci\u00f3n, operaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento, de acuerdo con una metodolog\u00eda basada en la matriz de Leopold.<\/p>\n<p>El instituto que dirige Marco Antonio Bonilla detall\u00f3 que de los 29 impactos ambientales negativos por etapa del proyecto, solo hab\u00eda tres severos, 61 moderados y 29 los consider\u00f3 irrelevantes.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;La evaluaci\u00f3n de la etapa que present\u00f3 la mayor afectaci\u00f3n es la de preparaci\u00f3n del sitio, sin embargo, las actividades involucradas son de corta duraci\u00f3n&#8221;, mencion\u00f3 el IMP.<\/p>\n<p>Las actividades que causar\u00edan los efectos m\u00e1s importantes son el desmonte, despalme, actividades de mejoramiento de suelo que afectar\u00edan directamente el agua, aire, suelo geomorfolog\u00eda, vegetaci\u00f3n y fauna.<\/p>\n<p>Para su construcci\u00f3n en tres a\u00f1os, el gobierno ha establecido un presupuesto de 8,000 millones de d\u00f3lares con el objetivo de procesar 340,000 barriles diarios de crudo maya con 22 grados API\u00b0, es decir, petr\u00f3leo pesado.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo de esta pol\u00edtica energ\u00e9tica es terminar con las importaciones de gasolina y di\u00e9sel desde Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Lee tambi\u00e9n:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com.mx\/asea-detendra-nueva-refineria-si-no-hay-estudios-de-impacto-ambiental\/\">ASEA detendr\u00e1 nueva refiner\u00eda si no hay estudios de impacto ambiental<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com.mx\/nueva-refineria-enfrenta-altos-riesgos-de-inundacion-imp\/\">Nueva refiner\u00eda enfrenta altos riesgos de inundaci\u00f3n: IMP<\/a><br \/>\n<a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com.mx\/author\/arturo-solis\/\">Arturo Sol\u00eds<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Forbes M\u00e9xico.
