Con estas modificaciones, los trabajadores podr\u00e1n hacer uso de los beneficios del home office amparados por la ley\u201d, seg\u00fan los senadores.<\/p>\n<p>La reforma, propuesta inicialmente por la senadora del PAN Alejandra Noem\u00ed Reynoso S\u00e1nchez, incluye un nuevo cap\u00edtulo a la ley del trabajo, el XII Bis, de acuerdo con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eleconomista.com.mx\/empresas\/Aprueban-reglas-para-teletrabajo-u-home-office-en-Mexico-20190620-0144.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">El Economista<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLos patrones deben proporcionar a los teletrabajadores igualdad de trato, remuneraci\u00f3n, capacitaci\u00f3n, formaci\u00f3n, seguridad social, acceso a las mejores oportunidades laborales.
