(Foto: Reuters.)\" data-description=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<p>En un evento celebrado la semana pasada con dem\u00e1s l\u00edderes empresariales, el multimillonario empresario Bill Gates convers\u00f3 con la cofundadora y CEO de Eventbrite, Julia Hartz, sobre la fundaci\u00f3n de una empresa. Como parte de esto, habl\u00f3 sobre su \u00e9tica de trabajo en sus 20 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Realmente es cierto que no cre\u00eda en los fines de semana; no cre\u00eda en las vacaciones&#8221;, dijo, seg\u00fan inform\u00f3 TechCrunch. &#8220;Conoc\u00eda la placa de matr\u00edcula de todos, por lo que les podr\u00eda decir en el \u00faltimo mes cuando su tarjeta entr\u00f3 y sali\u00f3 del estacionamiento&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Gates continu\u00f3 diciendo que, aunque se relaj\u00f3 un poco en sus 30 a\u00f1os, se mantuvo firme en sus sacrificios anteriores. &#8220;Tengo una opini\u00f3n bastante dura de que deber\u00eda haber un gran sacrificio durante esos, los primeros a\u00f1os, particularmente si est\u00e1s tratando de hacer algunas cosas de ingenier\u00eda para tener la viabilidad&#8221;, dijo.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, dijo que la gente puede &#8220;sobreponerse a la adoraci\u00f3n y mitificar la idea de trabajar extremadamente duro&#8221; y que no lo recomienda para todos.<\/p>\n<p>Gates es la segunda persona m\u00e1s rica del mundo y actualmente tiene un valor de alrededor de 107 mil mdd. Fue cofundador de Microsoft en 1975 y posee el 1% del negocio actual.<\/p>\n<p>En la misma entrevista con Hartz de Eventbrite, Gates tambi\u00e9n revel\u00f3 su mayor error: No configurar Android.
