Los apartamentos del complejo Natiivo Condo se podr\u00e1n utilizar como vivienda principal, o se podr\u00e1n alquilar en Airbnb sin ning\u00fan tipo de restricciones.<\/p>\n<p>El complejo tambi\u00e9n utilizar\u00e1 el programa de administraci\u00f3n de Natiivo dise\u00f1ado para asistir no s\u00f3lo con el alquiler, pero tambi\u00e9n con el mantenimiento de las unidades.<\/p>\n<p>El edificio cuenta con un \u00e1rea designada en la recepci\u00f3n para el check-in de los hu\u00e9spedes de Airbnb.<\/p>\n<p>Natiivo Condo es un complejo residencial detr\u00e1s de la Torre de la Libertad (Freedom Tower) y del American Airlines Arena.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto consistir\u00e1 en una torre residencial de gran altura de 50 pisos con un total estimado de 604 residencias.<\/p>\n<p>A finales de junio, la plataforma dio a conocer el modelo Airbnb Luxe. Con \u00e9l, ofrecen acceso a propiedades exclusivas bajo la supervisi\u00f3n de dise\u00f1adores de viajes que aportan un hondo conocimiento del destino, planificaci\u00f3n integral, servicios de conserjer\u00eda y asistencia VIP todos los d\u00edas de la semana.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de Airbnb Luxe los viajeros podr\u00e1n hospedarse en lujosos alojamientos galardonados en distintas latitudes del planeta. Desde Nueva Zelanda y Sud\u00e1frica hasta los castillos en Francia.
