Lee Partners por 12,300 millones de d\u00f3lares en 2007.<\/p>\n<p>La firma registr\u00f3 una Oferta P\u00fablica de acciones (OPI) en 2015, pero el apetito de los inversionistas por compa\u00f1\u00edas endeudadas como Univision se redujo y los planes se archivaron.<\/p>\n<p>La compa\u00f1\u00eda se someti\u00f3 a una reestructuraci\u00f3n en que se despidi\u00f3 a 200 empleados, adem\u00e1s adquiri\u00f3 el editor de publicaciones en internet estadounidense Gawker Media LLC por 135 millones de d\u00f3lares.<\/p>\n<p>Univision rechaz\u00f3 en 2017 una oferta del magnate del cable John Malone que valor\u00f3 la compa\u00f1\u00eda entre 13,500 millones y 15,000 millones de d\u00f3lares, seg\u00fan el informe del WSJ.<\/p>\n<p>La cadena no quiso comentar el informe.
