iniciativa que gener\u00f3 pol\u00e9mica en redes sociales durante el fin de semana y fue llamada #LeyGarrote.<\/p>\n<p>La tarde del pasado viernes, la Comisi\u00f3n de Seguridad P\u00fablica, Procuraci\u00f3n de Justicia y Protecci\u00f3n Civil, aval\u00f3 la modificaci\u00f3n para reformar el C\u00f3digo Penal, que de acuerdo con el el secretario de Gobierno, Marcos Medina Filigrana, no se trata de una ley antimarchas sino antiextorsionadores y contra los llamados pseudosindicatos, adem\u00e1s de que garantiza la libre manifestaci\u00f3n de los ciudadanos, siempre y cuando no afecten los derechos de terceros.<\/p>\n<p>Esto debido a que hay quienes se amparan en una presunta lucha social para extorsionar a las empresas y a particulares, los cuales quieren quieren invertir en la entidad, pero no pueden, asegur\u00f3 el legislador.<\/p>\n<p>Por el contrario, la legisladora priista Ingrid Rosas, integrante de dicha comisi\u00f3n, dijo que vot\u00f3 en contra del dictamen al considerar la iniciativa como una ley antimarchas, que busca reprimir y censurar al pueblo.<\/p>\n<p>El dictamen modificar\u00e1 los art\u00edculos 299; 306; 307 y 308, adicionando el art\u00edculo 196 Bis; y del art\u00edculo 308 Bis, del C\u00f3digo Penal de Tabasco, lo que contempla penas de 10 a 20 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n a quienes realicen manifestaciones con marchas y bloqueos en carreteras o impidan la ejecuci\u00f3n de obras p\u00fablicas o privadas, entre otras sanciones.<\/p>\n<p>Morena cuenta con mayor\u00eda absoluta en el Congreso de Tabasco al contar con 21 legisladores, por lo cual requiere de 18 votos para aprobarla.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"es\" dir=\"ltr\">A las 11:00 horas sigue la transmisi\u00f3n <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/12.0.0-1\/72x72\/1f4e1.png\" alt=\"????\" class=\"wp-smiley\" style=\"height: 1em;
