(Foto: Notimex)\" data-description=\"\" \/><\/div>\n<p><strong>Notimex.-<\/strong> El Juzgado Cuarto de Distrito de Amparo en Materia Penal en Ciudad de M\u00e9xico neg\u00f3 la suspensi\u00f3n definitiva al abogado Juan Collado contra el aseguramiento del edificio sede de la empresa Libertad Servicios Financieros.<\/p>\n<p>La jueza Mar\u00eda Dolores N\u00fa\u00f1ez Solorio justific\u00f3 que otorgarle la suspensi\u00f3n al litigante causar\u00eda perjuicio al inter\u00e9s social y se contravendr\u00edan disposiciones de orden p\u00fablico, lo cual es inadmisible jur\u00eddicamente.<\/p>\n<p>La juzgadora la semana pasada hab\u00eda concedido a Collado, acusado de delincuencia organizada y lavado de dinero, la suspensi\u00f3n provisional que imped\u00eda a la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR) rematar o transferir el inmueble.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, la medida estar\u00eda vigente hasta que se resolviera sobre la suspensi\u00f3n definitiva, misma que fue rechazada .<\/p>\n<p>En su calidad de abogado, Collado ha representado entre otras personajes a los expresidentes Enrique Pe\u00f1a Nieto y Carlos Salinas de Gortari, su hermano Ra\u00fal Salinas, el l\u00edder del sindicato petrolero Carlos Romero Deschamps y el empresario argentino Carlos Ahumada.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com.mx\/niegan-a-collado-amparo-contra-aseguramiento-de-sede-de-caja-libertad\/\">Niegan a Collado amparo contra aseguramiento de sede de Caja Libertad<\/a><br \/>\n<a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com.mx\/author\/forbes-staff\/\">Forbes Staff<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Forbes M\u00e9xico.
