de Econom\u00eda, Graciela M\u00e1rquez; y de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, V\u00edctor Villalobos; as\u00ed como consejeros y directivos del Banco del Bienestar.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLos nombres tienen un significado muy profundo, y en el caso del Banco del Bienestar no se trata de una instituci\u00f3n financiera m\u00e1s, sino de una instituci\u00f3n que atender\u00e1 a los mexicanos m\u00e1s vulnerables, y bajo eso no podr\u00edamos pensar m\u00e1s que en los mejores augurios\u201d, dijo Arturo Herrera.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"es\" dir=\"ltr\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/12.0.0-1\/72x72\/26a1.png\" alt=\"\u26a1\" class=\"wp-smiley\" style=\"height: 1em;
