Reuters. –<\/strong> Un juez de Oklahoma orden\u00f3 el lunes a Johnson & Johnson pagar 572.1 millones de d\u00f3lares (mdd) al estado por su parte en alimentar una epidemia de opioides mediante la comercializaci\u00f3n enga\u00f1osa de analg\u00e9sicos adictivos, una suma que fue sustancialmente menos de lo que los inversores esperaban, aumentando las acciones de J&J.<\/p>\n

El fiscal general del estado hab\u00eda presentado la demanda, buscando 17,000 mdd para enfrentar el impacto de la crisis de drogas en Oklahoma. Se hab\u00eda considerado un referente para otros litigios en todo el pa\u00eds sobre la epidemia de opioides.<\/p>\n
